Has anyone used 810 mainly & 1000 on those days you need more and still lost weight?

Hi everyone,

I'm away at the moment, one of many working and social trips to come. I really want to know if anyone has used 810 as their main plan and used 1000 on the days they need more? Have you still lost weight doing this? I know it's meant to be a week of each plan at least but my schedule is all over the place and I'm wondering if this has workied for anyone?

now i might be wrong, but i would have thought that the chopping and changing about with those plans, because of the carbs, might mess about with you more......
not sure what to suggest hun!

If you have to eat then do 810! 1000 will take you out of Keytosis and make it very hard
