I doubt it - I'm having 2 bars a day OK. Mine are broken up a bit but don't get too hung up about a few extra carbs (if it was a peanut or cranberry bar they have less carbs than a shake)
Thanks Board, I had a caramel and a peanut - I feel sooooooooooooooo bad for doing so but TOTM doesn't come often as I have an implant so only have them a few times a year - not nice ones either !
I doubt it will knock you out of ketosis & even if it has you'll be back there in a few hours.
On the upside it's better than a mars bar!! So don't feel too bad.. x
