    Had a shake for Breakfast, Bar for Lunch, Shake for tea and another bar as TOTM Came and I was just feeling pain and down.

    Please say I haven't !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I doubt it - I'm having 2 bars a day OK. Mine are broken up a bit but don't get too hung up about a few extra carbs (if it was a peanut or cranberry bar they have less carbs than a shake)

    Thanks Board, I had a caramel and a peanut - I feel sooooooooooooooo bad for doing so but TOTM doesn't come often as I have an implant so only have them a few times a year - not nice ones either !

    you may get a bit of tummy ache & possible a bit of wind! :eek::eek::eek::eek: but wont go out of ketosis I doubt xx xx

    I doubt it will knock you out of ketosis & even if it has you'll be back there in a few hours.
    On the upside it's better than a mars bar!! So don't feel too bad.. x
