have i messed up?

I was at an interview today and as I;m sure we all know, the first few days of CD can leave you with bad breath :eek:(I'm on day 5 now and have been on CD 100% yay!!).
I had no other choice but to pop a couple of Tic=Tacs into my mouth.
Are Tic-Tacs one of those things that have iongredients in them that will bring me out of ketotis (like lemon)?

I hope not.:sigh:

Tic tacs are made of sugar (and even sugar free mints contain carbs) but I doubt that just a couple would have kicked you out of ketosis unless you;re super-sensitive to carbs.

My CDC said if we really needed to we could have a quick chew of Wrigleys Extra sugarfree gum , the blue or the green packets only, no other gum allowed. Listerine strips are good too as is goldspot breath spray.

No chewing gum - It has in it an ingredient that is used to bring goats out of ketosis when they have had babies. It works the same on humans.

Use breath strips or smints. Sprays too.
