There are people who have done a condensed RtM and can tell you all about it, I'm sure. I did the full 12 week RtM plan and found it really beneficial, but I understand totally that financially, it's another big commitment. If you look through various threads on the RtM forum, it does tell you what the food choices are for each week and, if you are disciplined, then you can continue losing whilst on RtM.
Having said all that, think really carefully about going it alone. The RtM part of the programme is, in my opinion the most important part. You will learn week by week how to live with challenges such as being hungry again, how to know when to stop eating, etc. You will reintroduce food slowly at the same time as talking through thoughts,feelings and emotions with your LLC. It seems easy but as us food addicts know, it's incredibly hard to be in control of what goes in your mouth.
