Anyone had a list of what you have to eat on week 1-12 when you are on RTM, I'm asking because i have lots of food pack left and now i'm on week 14 and my pocket is very tight that why I'm thinking of trying to do it myself. Pleaseeeee .:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Hi Thai Chilli,
There are people who have done a condensed RtM and can tell you all about it, I'm sure. I did the full 12 week RtM plan and found it really beneficial, but I understand totally that financially, it's another big commitment. If you look through various threads on the RtM forum, it does tell you what the food choices are for each week and, if you are disciplined, then you can continue losing whilst on RtM.
Having said all that, think really carefully about going it alone. The RtM part of the programme is, in my opinion the most important part. You will learn week by week how to live with challenges such as being hungry again, how to know when to stop eating, etc. You will reintroduce food slowly at the same time as talking through thoughts,feelings and emotions with your LLC. It seems easy but as us food addicts know, it's incredibly hard to be in control of what goes in your mouth.

thank you so much guys, I don't know what I was going to do without your help that why I come here. Alibongo I will think about joining the group as long as i will get help on how to go back to food again
