having a problem

am trying to email a cdc here in leic but the page afterr i click the name to email her just keeps saying error? i hate speaking on the phone lol....

anyone help plse?

Try right clicking on the link some of them only open this way.

i tryed that, and a passport box for me to sign in comes up i sign in with my hotmail id (all correct) and then this error comes up..
