Oh poor you, I felt just the same yesterday. I divided a pack of soup and made it up with the usual amount of water and had that. You could add another complete meal, I'm sure it would be ok.
Try drinking a pint of water first, that may help.
It could well be TOTM, same for me.

i having the same issue last two days......so have had four packs and my ss+ meal as usual....... needs must and all better than cheating huh!!!!

I don't understand how cambridge claim that whilst in ketosis, feelings of hunger disappear. I'm on day 10 and there's always a background hunger going on inside. It's not like gnaw your arm off hunger, but it's just constantly there, annoying me!! I suppose I have adapted to never feeling satisfied but will it go away ever???

yes. lots of days i'm not hungry. have to remember to eat my packs....it takes a bit to readjust your body though...but you must drink your min of water though...... i do 3L's a day
