eating any pack takes you out of ketosis for a while- until you have 'burnt' all the carbs in a pack the more carbs per meal the longer it takes, some will barely effect you at all. The only other issue I forsesee is portion size- part of the diet is about protion control, getting you to eat smaller meals, by doubling up you are not training your mind into thinking smaller amounts fill you up.
Try it and see, if your losses slow down, go back to spacing them out!
