Twigs is right do your measurements,i did mine at the start and log them every week..
Sometimes when ive had a STS like last week ive lost inches instead of lbs.

I need help! I've eaten easter eggs for britain, WHY OH WHY wit a sts I thought it'd kick me to do better! Ok so how do I turn it around for saturday??? Low points, Normal points, exercise? What would you do???

So Saturday had a fantastic day, Went to Maldon a small fishing town. They had an easter egg hunt in the park, Find a silver foil egg and exchange it for a choccie one! The game was on, Me and hubby were on a mission to get an egg for B. I found one wooo hooo and B picked a Ben 10 Egg, which we all chomped in minutes lol. Hubby wouldn't leave it there he wanted to find a silver egg just because I found the first one ha ha! One egg per child, anyhow B did a backflip of the climbing frame so we made our exit... Walked into the town and had a Wimpy. Bacon, Egg bap and Waffle and cream for dessert... Really yummy hadn't had a Wimpy for yonks.
Got home late afternoon and we all jumped in the Hottub as the weather was lovely. Had my Easter egg while watching britains got talent! well actually it lasted 10 mins if that.

Sunday- started well all went for a bike ride, did maya (fitness coach) while B had a sleep. Made big pot of soup. Thn went down hill food wise :O( Went to the inlaws had yummy blueberry and apple cake, They brought us an egg so chomped it Sunday night after I'd made a chicken stir fry. Hey hoo!

Monday - Chilled today, Hubby back at work so tried to catch up on housework, washing but B dosen't like to entertain himself much so that went out the window! Went out on his police bike then played moonsand and playdoh all afternoon. Rewind, before that I ate a box of orange matchmakers and 2 tubes of smarties.
Hence me needing help now!

Tomorrow off to Mersea (beach) Feeding ducks, play park and pub lunch, so I'm going to have Jacket Potato and prawns with salad. Lovvvvve dessert but going to buy a solero from the shop, 0 point soup for dinner. How doe's that sound.

Hope you've all had a wicked bank holiday weekend and not eaten as much as me!

Off to read up on some diaries xx

Ohhh Wimpy - haven't had a wimpy for ages - love their quarter pounder with cheese - used to pretend it was healthy as it was in a brown bun! LOL do they still do 'bender in a bun' and 'brown derby'? LOL

Sorry - got carried away then. Ok - what I would do (and actually what I'm doing) is have 1 v. low point day (your menu sounds fab already), then, until weigh day, try and claw back 2 points a day, and do a bit of exercise. Don't go mad though, or you'll feel fed up, hungry and tired, and that's when we give up and eat again! Just put it behind you - you sound as if you had a blast, so at least you enjoyed it!

hi sweetie - i have done just as bad if not worse i swear - and although i had a blinder like u and did enjoy every calorie of naughtiness consumed (also mainly chocolate) i am feelin a little guilty - but not much we can do bout it now - and it was easter - the most famous chocolate eating holiday ever... but its done and dusted now we have got it out our system and we can all get back on the wagon and in the zone together.

OK so here is my recovery plan.....
i dont reckon going lower than 14 per day is sensible cos ur body may go in starvation mode and u will mess up ur metabolism im sure. so im gonna stick to 14-18 and make sure I do an hour exercise a day (if u can - u can always carry B around all day if ur too busy to get maya out!!) thats what im gonna do for my week coming up. i have WI on weds but ive pretty much written that off - so from today till next weigh in im gonna be 100% and get flat out on my exercise - much as i can. im also gonna not eat anything with sugar or any bad carbs (cakes, biscuits, sweets etc - even the stuff low in points) cos i know it causes me cravings. this week ahead for me is gonna be - museli, fruit & yogurt, or ommlettes for breakfast, salads with tuna, chicken or soup and ryvita for lunch, then chicken or fish with veggies for dinner - im gonna just try and snack on fruit/veggie sticks if i really have to. also gonna stick to 1200kcal per day or lower cos i tend to lose well sticking to that

just try keep whatever ur eating really clean and i know u will be fine next week

glad u have had such a super weekend too - sounds like we have all taken advantage of the easter break xxx

Chin up Hayley. Most of us starting fresh tomorrow so dont be too hard on yourself. Important is that you had a lovely easter weekend with your family and overindulgence damage can be repaired in few days or a week. xx

Sharon - yeah I'm sure I saw a bender in a bun! Don't know about the other one though lol.
Gabs - OMG no goodies within your points? Go girl I know you can do it I'm right behind you ( eating the cakes ) But all accounted for.
Nunezcka - I have pm'd you. Good luck for this week we can both push eachother, we'll both look like soup and jelly at the end of this week lol

Well off to the beach shortly so I'll catch up on diaries later today. Have a supa tuesday xx

I'm right with you - I've not been out the pub this whole weekend :eek:

2 pub lunches not one of them healthy :confused:
But I've had a ball - and back on it today plan is too eat normal points but more healthy choices and up the exercise in the hope for damage limitation :rolleyes:

Your day easter egg hunting followed by hot tub sounds great ;)

Onwards we must go xxx

Lol Nuneczka, had a bowl of soup tonight and couldn't finish it!

Had a wicked day, Mum, sis, me and B. We always have such a laugh and don't get many days all together. Pub lunch was lush, completely blew my plan out the window :OP. Had a beef with horseradish bagette a few chips, side salad. Then a yummo - delish - gorg white choc, raspberry cheesecake.
Had 0 point soup for dinner with a wholemeal pitta but couldn't finish still bloated from lunch.

Anyhow sipping dr pepper zero from a straw, stop me eating B's easter eggs!

Glad you had a nice day. I have noticed it is more difficult to stick to plan out. But few workouts with Maya and today lunch will be forgotten. I am on my sf jelly now:)
 
My sister just cracked open an easter egg and I refused, Determined that - Yes I had a nice lunch but there is no need to completely blow my points! OMG whats happening to me lol.... Nunezca- I have some jelly to make up tomorrow and one pot of soup left so need another low point alternative that I can keep stored in the fridge. Move over easter eggs here comes ??? Off to have a peak at some food diaries for low point foods! :OP
 
Try veg stir fry with 0 point veg and soy sce and spices. Add chix breast for 2.5point to make a meal. This is an easy and quick diet saver for me:)
 
Good evening,

Just a quick one, B is poorly again! arrrrgggghhhh, He seems to be getting everything lately. Nursery sent him home today with a really high temp. He has only just gone to bed and his temperature is still high. I think we're in for a night of it, So diet went out the window ashamed to say ate loads of choc this evening :O( Not because of B but because I am like the biggest choccie monster and I can't stop!
