Friday 16th July - Red

Breakfast - weetabix minis (HEB) with banana Milk (HEA)

Lunch - Left over lamb kebabs and salad

Tea - Burgers with babybel in the middle (HEA). Not sure what to have it with.

Snacks - hi fi bar (HEB), fruit, yogurt

Syns - Crunchie 10. 2 mikado = 1 Total - 11 syns

Hmmmm don't feel very prepared today. Gone for a red day but not got much meat in to snack on and I'm a getting hungry. Stupid me for not preparing.

Saturday 17th July M2M

Breakfast - Bacon, egg, tomato

Lunch - Jacket potato and baked beans (so pleased with myself as we went to Trafford Centre and everyone else had McDonalds but I had Spud u like spud!)

Tea - Mash pizza with green and yellow pepper, red onion, sweetcorn, mushrooms and 56g full fat cheese (2xHEA)

Snack - hifi bar (HEB), cottage cheese, fruit, breaded mushrooms and onion rings with garlic dip (HEB)

Syns - crunchie 10 - total = 10
 
Sunday 18th July Red

Breakfast - weetabix minis (HEB) milk (HEA) Banana

Lunch - Prawn Cocktail salad 2tblsp extra light mayo + 1 tblsp tom ketchup = 2syns

Tea - Chicken cake 1 1/2 syns with gravy 4 tbsp = 1 syn 3 babybel (HEA)

Snacks - fruit, Yoghurt, mikado x 1

Syns 70g trifle 5 syns

Total = 10 syns

I love the mash pizza. It is one of my regular meals.

Right, weigh in tonight at 7. Should I have tea first? I think I will then keep doing the same each week.

Monday 19th July Green

Breakfast - Strawberry Muller light, banana, hifi bar (HEB)

Lunch - Mash pizza!! 28g full fat cheddar (HEA)Yummm.

Tea - Tuna (HEB) and rice stir fry (mushrooms, green pepper, onion, rice, tuna, soy sauce.

Snacks - mug shot, fruit, Milk in coffee (HEA)

Syns - 0. Saving for Costa on Weds
 
Getting really nervous about my weigh in now. Just weighed myself on home scales and it says I have put on half a pound!!!! I know I shouldn't have. It was really slow coming off last time but I have totally stuck to it this week and had more red days and M2M than green. I have been on antibiotics all week but even so. I was so looking forward to a good initial loss this week. Oh well.
 
After the crap weigh in yesterday I just can't be bothered trying today so it's hifi and banana and yog for breakfast, low fat supernoodles for lunch and frozen left over chilli and rice for tea. HEB= hifi and mince. Syns = 0 saving for costa tomorrow. :(
 
Wednesday 21st July - red

Breakfast - yoghurt, banana

Lunch - chicken cake

Tea - Chicken cake (HEA) and veg

Snacks - hifi bar (HEB), fruit, yoghurt, milk(HEA), ryvita minis (HEB)

Syns - chocolate tiffin triangle 21 1/2, chicken cake 1 1/2, 2 mikado 1

total = 24

Thursday 22nd July - Green

Breakfast - weetabix minis (HEB) and milk (HEA) and banana

Lunch - Pasta n Sauce 1 syn

Tea - Egg and potato flip from mag?? (HEA)

Snacks - ice cream syn free

Syns - Egg flip= 1
pasta n sauce = 1
veg curry from takeaway = 10

total =12

Breakfast - left over Egg flip and potato pie 1 syn (really nice)

Lunch - savoury rice with peas and egg omlette. hifi bar (HEB)

Tea - Mash pizza with ham (HEB) and mushrooms and cheese (HEA) and yellow peppers

snacks - fruit, yoghurt

syns - crunchie 10
egg flip 1

Total - 11

Lunch - Pasta n sauce (HEA)

Tea - Spaghetti Bolognaise wholemeal pasta (HEB)with cheese (HEA)

Snacks - Homemade Lemonade ice lolly free

Syns - crunchie 10
 
Yesterday was a green day and I went a little over my syns - maybe by 10 so dreading the weigh in today. So my total syns for the week would be about 80. I would normally stick to 70. Just guess I got fed up and stuffed a handful of kids sweets into my gob before I could stop myself!

Monday 26th July

Breakfast - Weetabix minis (HEB) and MILK (HEA)

Lunch - Ham salad and Muller light toffee yoghurt

Tea - chicken drumsticks and salad??

Snacks - fruit

Syns - Trifle with fruit, hartley's jelly 1/2 syn, 2tbsp low fat custard 1, 2 tbsp squirty low fat cream 1/2 = 2
