Have seen people doing this on here and it seems a good idea. I do shift wok so cant got to a class, Dont really know if im doing it completely right. Getting all my info on here. started Tues

Muller light for breakfast
lunch poaced egg x 2, jacket potato (was at work and no toher options)
4 x celebrations (8 syns)
cereal bar (heb)
1 hour circuits class, 30 mins abs class
dinner - cod in parsley sauce (2 syns)
vegetables
low cal hot choc (1 syn)
bag of crisps (5 syns)
milk in tea (he a)

Wed.
scrambled egg on 2 x wholemeal toast (he b and A)
super noodles low fat for lunch
fruit
dinner- pasta and 1 teaspoon low cal pesto (2 syns)
1 small slice home made quiche lorraine (? syns)
2 celebrations (4 syns) fruit

Thurs
27g plain porridge (he a for milk) banana
apple snack
lunch yoghurt and fruit
2 x ryvita low fat cheese triangle (? 2 syns?)
70 cal cereal bar (heb?)
30 mins abs class
60 mins circuit class
1 bite of xmas cake (?syns?)
SW recipe chow mein (no syns)
fruit
ww dessert whip (2syns)
1 celebration (2 syns)

Fri - so far
breakfast youghurt and fruit
lunch - 2 fried egg in sandwich (he b)
orange

Plan for rest of day
alpen 70 cal cereal bar (2 syns?)
60 - 90 mins workout in gym
dinner butternut sqaush curry and syn free chips (syn free)

and free sancks and probably syns up to 5 - 8.

I really dont feel I can loose weight with what im eating!! Am I doing it right?!! Any advice very much appreciated.
Im hoping its because my previous diet was slim fast and wasnt eating much!
