My restart didn't go to plan yesterday but restarted today.

Had 3litres today. Had a headache right now and really feel like stopping off at the garage and grabbing something but I will stay focused go home and have my final shake.

I had my first shake at 9, then had my second at 2 as I started to feel hungry so that was a space of 5hours. I think that's why I have a headache now. Maybe I will try and have my first shake when I get up in the morning then my second at about 12, then my last at 5.

Does anyone find if they space their shakes out it helps?

I always tend to space mine out just to get into the habit of having a regular meal pattern for when i've reached goal.
S: 20st0lb C: 16st7lb G: 12st12lb BMI: 36.2 Loss: 3st7lb(17.5%)
I also try to simulate meal times
