Healthier ways to use my syns?

i usually save all my syns for the night time on chocolate and junk food.

But latley iv been off plan and binging a little throughout the day! So thinking of using syns through the day!
But not junk syns what can you suggest?

I like to try use my syns for healthy things but it doesn't always work out that way.

I use 1 syn a day on a teaspoon of flax seed in my overnight oats (helps keep me regular)
I like nuts... almonds mostly.
I like peanut butter or nutella on my heb toast. (Peanut butter also works well on slices of apple)
Avocados.

And of cause wine is good for the soul!!!!
