Hi All

Is there anything other than milk and cheese that I can have as a HEA?

I don't have milk in drinks and don't have cereal for breakfast. And, I've given up cheese for lent.

So, I'm really struggling to get the HEAs in.

Any suggestions? Do any yogurts count? Although, I already eat plenty of Mullerlights.

Hmmm, the sooner lent's over the better then!

The ridiculous thing is that as a devouted Cheese-Lover I haven't found it hard to give it up! Nor the alcohol, crisps, chocolate or bread!
