Healthy extra B

Hi all,

I have been writing down my food for the last few days and have noticed I am not having a healthy extra B, I didn't think it mattered but as it's fibre it must do!

Any ideas of any quick snacks or anything I can have to add it in please :) xx

2 slices of wholemeal bread (400grm loaf); ryvita's (can't remember how many); I buy savoury bakes from Aldi you can have 6 of these as a hexb:D
ohhh tell me more about those savoury bakes what do they taste like? might need to look those out esp if you get 6 as one hexB:D

If I get to the evening and haven't had mine, I have a Kellogg's Fibre Plus dark chocolate and almond bar - they are lush! Don't be put off by the name!
