Healthy extras all cheesey?

I'm not a big cereal or meat eater. I only do green days. I often have tuna from my HEB but I'm a huuuugggeee cheese fan (one of the reasons I'm a chubber!) is it ok to use all my healthy extras as cheese or milk? Will this interfere with my weight loss??

it's worthwhile going back to look at the HEB list again as there are so many things you can be having, not just cereal! Especially on green!
 
I tend to eat a lot of cheese (often using my syns for more as well as my hexa/bs) and it's not done me any harm. At the end of the day you're still eating the same calories if you stick to the SW rules.
 
I have done all cheese or all dairy (milk and cheese) and have still had good losses, but I fo think variety is a good idea. Im not very good at it! Cheese, milk and cereal bars are my staple he choices and I still lose :)
