Are you on EE? Doubling up on your As wouldn't really help, as As are about getting plenty calcium in your diet, and the Bs are for fibre. If you make a point of eating meat & veg that's rich in fibre you could drop your B choice, as it wont affect your losses and is only to ensure you're getting a balanced diet.

I would say use you B options on thing like low fat vegeatble soups, cheese, and baked fruit. Also on Green, you can use up your B options on meat anyway.
