Day 5 of following a paleo diet I thought I would record my food diary and how I'm doing So today's eating plan is Breakfast Blueberry pancakes. - 2 eggs mixed with 25 blueberries and cooked using coconut oil Lunch 100g of king prawns cooked with grated ginger grated garlic and lime juice served on a salad with gem lettuce, cue ,pepper, celery. Tea Salmon with garlic,lemon,zest,lemon jjice, paprika and olive oil served with asparagus and broccoi The salmon was so delish that im going to have to have it again and really soon yum!!! Was going to have chicken for dinner but forgot to unfreeze it opps. Drinks are just water.
