Having gotten myself to a healthy BMI, I'm wondering whether the Cambridge Diet is beginning to reach the end of it's usefulness for me. In terms of having the milkshakes as a healthy lunch and/or supper then yes they're still useful at the moment.

However, I'm thinking that with regular exercise and a healthy high-protein low-sugar lowish-carb diet, as well as drinking 3 litres of water per day, I should be OK.

good luck Eir.. I think you have done really well, looking at your ' figures'.. if you have done this on the Cambridge Diet then its worked..I think though that you could be right about now going on to real eating, like you say, if you just keep to it, and take it easy.. good luck to your goal weight and maintainance..
