I've just re-started WW having previously lost 2 stones in 2004, put that on, used SW, lost a bit, comfort eaten a lot and realised - wow! I now weigh more than ever! Can't get my head into SW again so I'm giving WW another go.
I'm currently 12st 8lb and my first target is to be 11 something again! My ideal weight is 10st 7lb.
I weigh in on a Friday, following WW online rather than attending a meeting, so need all the support I can get!
Here's today's food diary:
Monday 28th June
Breakfast - 4 Belvita biscuits - 3?
Cup of tea (milk no sugar) - 0
Lunch - Ham & mustard wholemeal roll - 3
Salad with balsamic vinegar - 0
Cherries - 0.5
Shape Zero yoghurt - 1?
Dinner - WW Chicken tikka masala & rice - 5.5
WW naan bread - 2.5
Snack - Kitkat - 2.5
Total = 18 points
