Heidi's Pre-Wedding Weight Mission

I started Slimming World on Thursday and am so glad I've found this forum! I'm keeping a food diary and while browsing on here I've read that it helps to make it public so, here goes.....

Breakfast: malt wheats (Sainsburys own-brand shreddies) with semi-skimmed milk - HEA and HEB.

Lunch: jacket potato with tsp margarine, fry-light-fried mushrooms and onions, 2 slices of turkey, banana and grapes- 1.5 syns

Dinner: take-away chicken chow mein, boiled rice - 7 syns

Snacks: pear, grapes, banana, 3 advent calendar chocolates - 3 syns

Any thoughts and ideas would be much appreciated!
