hello there.. its been AGES.. well certainly a few weeks since I was last online. Work has been keeping me away from my pc. Lost 5 stone now (yipee!).. can't believe how much my life has changed even now.. although i still want to lose another stone or 2!

thats a fantastic weight loss, well done indeed.
LL for me is going ok, im due to start RTM on sunday and of course my crooked thinking is going into overdrive about starting to eat again. I will not eat anything before sunday, i will not!!!
