I hope you're all doing ok.

I joined fat club at work this week as I can't afford to join SW this month, gonna have to join soon tho.

Anyway, just a quickie. I know most are free, but can anyone tell me if the mushroom pasta n sauce is free?

They sure are! Well, they are 'almost' free...you need to syn your milk, or use a HEa for it.....or make it with all water and stir in a little yogurt or fromage frais to give the creamy effect.

Hope that makes sense? If you make it with water it is totally free (and nicer than you'd think! lol)
