    Hello everyone!
    I have been on cd for 2 weeks now and I am loving the results so far!
    I have lost 18lbs already and I just can't believe it!!
    any advice or tips from anyone would be much appreciated!!!:)


    week 1 : 11lb:D
    week 2 : 7lb:)

    my tips are
    1) try clothes on often
    2)hang bikini on fridge door
    3) cut out outfits from magazines that you like.

    I started at 13st 10lb and am now down to 12st 6lb so I supose not huge amounts I would like to be 9 and a half stone which is about right for my height! (am 5ft 2.5 in):D

    Well done you, fantastic losses.

    Like you I want to be 9st 6lb (about) total weight loss needed is 70 (5st).

    Hopefully we can keep each other motivated.
