Hi, just found this site through another forum haven't had a good look round yet but thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm Lindsay 28yrs old, and am in desperate need of some motivation to get this weight off! I am planning to eat less and move more - have two spaniels, so the moving more will be music to their ears.
