Step 1 Sole Source Hello everyone!

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place?! But I'm a newbie so please be forgiving.

I am meeting with a consultant on Tuesday morning about starting the CD. I'm hoping that means I will start on Tuesday? A little nervous but highly motivated! I have a 1 year old son and since having him I managed to lose all my pregnancy weight and pile it back on again! Pah!

Just looking for a few pals that I can share my journey with and hopefully will be able to offer support once I'm well into it xx
