Hi everyone, I'm Jaxx, i'm 34 years old and this year I finally accepted that something needed to be done about my weight. As I've tried dieting ever since I was 14 I asked my doctor about surgery. Well long story short, I finally got my surgery date for 6th of January 2010. Goodbye old life, hello new life.

I just thought I'd join for help and support whilst I'm going through this and to be able to support other people who go through this after me.

I'll be having the Roux en Y surgery.
