I've been on the Cambridge diet nearly 3 weeks and this last week I've been finding it hard, just wanting to know if anyone is in the same boat as me?

Im a single parent I had a baby 7 months ago and also stopped smoking aswell and my weight has just gone out of control.

I've lost 15 lbs in the last two weeks and I'm getting weighed tommorrow I'm just dreading it because I haven't stuck to it, I've only eaten tuna and cottage cheese but it really will have affected my loss.

I'm hoping to meet some lovely Cambridge dieters to help me on my way ?

    Hi pixie!

Cambridge is a daily struggle for me but I am so motivated by what I know will be the end result. Don't be so hard on yourself, you only just had a baby! My last has just turned one and it's only now that I've thought about losing the baby weight :)

We can do this! (I say this and I'm only in week one...!! I'll expect support when I have wobbles too!)

Hi, Im in perth Western Australia and am on day 6 of the Cambridge Diet, I find Im struggling today. I weigh in tomorrow morning and not sure if i can stick to the step 1 plan. I did some exercise yesterday and really felt like I need to eat something afterwards. But today Im cold and feeling yuck.

Oh you poor thing! Well you ozzy's aren't great with cold hey?!! It's horrible the cold bit, even worse here in uk!

Try give it a bit longer. Or speak to your cambridge supplier about stepping up maybe? I don't know, I'm new to this too (just in week 2 myself). I know 'they' say you start to feel less hungry, but I haven't yet! :-(

Just think of the potential results we could achieve though!! :)
