Hello I'm new & starting week 2

I thought it was about time i stopped reading everyone elses posts and started one myself.

Today is day 1 of week 2 and I'm feeling great but still have lots of questions. I had my first weigh in last night which was a bit of a nightmare as my CDC's scales came up with a different weight each time i stepped on them! She went with 4lb loss but the others I have used said 7lb either way im trying to focus on what I know: I've lost weight and feel better than ever :)

As I'm feeling positive I thought it would be a good idea to think of some exercise. I am going to start walking with the little one (weather permitting) but want something to do at home but not to exhausting.

Does anyone use any exercise dvd's? I want something gentle so that im doing something other than sitting on the sofa in the evening. Im also hoping that if i start to move around a bit more a might start to warm up as im freezing!

Know what you mean about the cold,am sitting here freezing at the mo!!Im on day 13andwas thinking of some exercise too but have read you shouldnt do anything too strenuous as it can make you light headed due to lack of calories so walking seems to be a good option.

Hi and welcome, well done on your loss so far!

Walking is a good form of exercise, I have a davina dvd, but not doing it at the moment I must admit. You cant do anything to energetic though as it can slow down weight loss when on a vlcd.
