I also have PCOS. Am realy annoyed no one told me about LT before, just doctors saying to drop the weight!
I am on day 6. The first day was tough but other than that and cooking cakes with the children today, it has been okay. I am somewhat obsessed with food and dream about it constantly though!!!
I found it easier to start during the wek as work took my mind off the fact I was not eating. The headaches are not nice but paracetamol works. I woudl advice you to stock up!
