    Hi

I'm struggling through day 4 of the diet.

Feel headachey and just rubbish generally. But know I will loose lots of weight so that's keeping me going.
I did Lipotrim a few years ago and lost 4 stone, it's the only diet that's ever worked for me. I kept it off for 2 years then had 2 children and it's crept back on.

Anyway looking forward to hearing everyone's success stories to inspire me.

Good luck, hopefully this will be your last day of not feeling great. I'm on day 7 of Exante, pleased to have made it this far and feeling good, so stick with it.

Hey there hope you got day 4 and everything is back on track. It's normally day 4 or 5 where I tend to fall off the wagon and never seem to get back on but hopefully this time will be different.

Look after yourself and be strong it will all be worth it in the end

Great to hear yr back on track. Sorry it's day 10 because that means it's at least 6 days I've been 'off the wagon' I need to get focused again and get back on it.
    Happy Easter
