Hello starting today

    Hi I've just joined found the site because I'm mainly looking for inspiration and advice on what works and what doesn't, recently bought the Harcombe diet book, very tough giving up sugar for 5 days, only made it to day 3 hoping to give it another go soon, but this time Imay modify the diet.

    Anyway if anyone has tried this diet successfully I'd love to hear from you
