My name is Katherine, I am a T2 diabetic so stick to the Atkins low carb diet. I have been reading the Atkins forum as a lurker, and it seems great. Loads of great recipe's to keep boredom at bay. I am looking forward to posting with you, helping where I can, and as always learning all the time.
