Just thought id pop in here and say Hi, I found this place on reccomendation with the food packs i recieved.

I am starting the flexinutrition VLCD today, so no doubt the mood swings and withdrawal symptoms will start tonight!!

As you can see i have quite a bit to loose, have tried LL before and that worked for me, but that was a few years ago so im back, and going to loose these pounds with a vengence!
