    Hi Everyone
    Just thought id say from reading all your threads, how well you are doing (da iawn), which has resulted in me making an appointment to start lipotrim. My diet starts monday!!!! Just wanted any tips and advice really on what to expect.. Is it hard?

    Welcome to Minimins, you have chosen a great forum for great advice and support.
    Lipotrim is the plan I used to lose my weight and I loved it. The first week is the hardest, but I only struggled the first day, then it was plain sailing for me.
    The only tips I can give you is to cut down on your carbs for a few days before you start to avoid having bad carb withdrawal. Make sure you drink plenty of water too. If you do feel hungry in the first week or so, you can also try splitting your shakes into two, so you can have 6 half shakes, this will help with hunger pangs.
