Hi guys I've been lurking on this site for a few months now and after loosing weight and putting it back on I figured this time I've actually got to do something about it! So I'm 5ft 7 my starting weight was 14 stone 7 (yikes) I'm now 13 stone 4 but ideally want to be in the 9's or 10's xx

Hi sammy, im also new to this part of minimins. I started calorie counting properly on monday and started my dairy here today.

Sounds like youve already done brilliantly.

Like soooom id also recomend myfitnesspal, its a great way to track calories.

Hi guys thanks for the warm welcome ive been using mfp for last few months :) fingers crossed the remaining weight will drop off, im starting the gym on monday too xx
