Hello you lovely lot. Newbie here & need some inspiration.

Hey peeps!

I'm Tanya and I'm 36.
I've joined your lovely forum for some much needed inspiration.

I have lost 4 stone to date, following Slimming World, but no longer attend the groups.
I've stuck to the programme and continue to follow the recipes, however the weight loss has slowed right down.
I'm hoping to gain some fresh ideas and maybe the odd new recipe here and there :)

I need to shift this last stubborn stone!
Any of your ideas, tips and tricks will be most welcomed.

Hi, I don't have any hints or tips but I have heard it's much harder the closer you are to target, I just wanted to say hello and welcome, I'm pretty new here myself :D

Hi I'm new myself and I've just had my first week weigh in and I've lost 2lb!! Only another 14 to go I'm doing SW myself and don't go to a group. My friend gave me her spare set of books.
I'm 51 and I dont want to look frumpy!!
