Loads of Fresh Berries
Muller of Choice
Quark to thicken ( Slender to sweet if Req)

Blitz together chill in fridge... and then enyoy!!

Just thought you might like to know that Tesco Finest meringue nests are only 2.5 as are the regular meringue nests.

I have just made eton mess to eat with my friend who is visiting for lunch today...

2 x tesco mini meringues each (2 syns)
nat yog, mixed with raspberries, lightly crushed.
Strawberries.

I crushed the rasps and 2 meringues into the yogurt, then mixed them up.

Then I broke the other 2 meringues in 2, and put half at the bottom of 2 glasses. I topped them with some chopped strawbs, then a layer of the yog mix, followed by more strawbs and another layer of yog mix.

Then I topped them with the remaining meringue and another 2 strawbs to make them pretty!

I will take a photo in a min if I get chance!!!

Now, off to tidy and hoover before lovely Sally arrives!
