Hello I'm new, found this site after searching for info about Zumba.

I'm currently trying to follow a healthy diet and following Zumba fitness for exercise. I'm also taking Alli to boost my weight loss.

Just wondering what you guys think of my diet?

B = Porridge with a dessert spoon of honey.

L = Two slices of wholemeal seeded bread with magarine & honey.

D = Stir-fry made with 1 cal olive oil spray, with lots of veggies, chicken, rice noodles and a stir-fry sauce.

S = A sugar free 0% fat yoghurt or homemade fruit smoothie made with 1 scoop of Whey protein powder, frozen fruit, two dessert spoons of fat free, organic, natural yoghurt, and some orange juice. yum :D

Hi and welcome to the forum..your diet looks good. are you eating enough calories though?...why not try and track your food with my fitness pal?

have you thought about going to see your doctor and asking for xenical?

Thanks for the reply.

I haven't been to my fitness pal before, I'll check it out.

I was on Xenical, but I changed doctors and the new doc said I couldn't have them, even though I've got loads of weight to lose.

According to my fitness pal I'm eating 17 calories too many, thats without adding in fruit and vegetables.
