Hello I'm new, found this site after searching for info about Zumba.

I'm currently trying to follow a healthy diet and following Zumba fitness for exercise. I'm also taking Alli to boost my weight loss.

Just wondering what you guys think of my diet?

B = Porridge with a dessert spoon of honey.

L = Two slices of wholemeal seeded bread with magarine & honey.

D = Stir-fry made with 1 cal olive oil spray, with lots of veggies, chicken, rice noodles and a stir-fry sauce.

S = A sugar free 0% fat yoghurt or homemade fruit smoothie made with 1 scoop of Whey protein powder, frozen fruit, two dessert spoons of fat free, organic, natural yoghurt, and some orange juice. yum :D

have you thought about going to see your doctor and asking for xenical?

I haven't been to my fitness pal before, I'll check it out.

I was on Xenical, but I changed doctors and the new doc said I couldn't have them, even though I've got loads of weight to lose.
