Hello

#3
hey and welcome back :) I had 2 weeks off over christmas , enjoyed every minute of it but got back on track 2 weeks ago and have lost my christmas gain and now on track to get to goal pretty soon :) Well done on getting back on , as some people find it really hard after a break . Look forward to seeing your progress :)

thanks for the replies. ;)
feeling positive and really enjoyed
my xmas break but i didnt enjoy the
food as much as i want to lose weigh.
but i do find cd so easier then other diets
i've been on, my job is away from home and long shift work, so difficult to maintain healthy eating with limited choices, when ur hungry at 3am in the middle of ur busy working day its hard to
go by cals or colours or phases of moon..lol
so great xmas, postive start in jan so hopefully i'll be lookin hot hot hot for the summer...hehe
