Hello...

    I'm new here, have decided I need a bit of help to get going on this calorie counting mission. I've started a diary in the diaries section to keep me motivated. I start tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it. Previously used Livestrong but after reading a few posts here have signed up to My Fitness Pal which seems pretty good so far! Look forward to chatting with you
