Hi! New member here looking for support and maybe a diet buddy! I started SW at home in January though February was a bit crap and so far I have lost 1 stone, which is great although I am finding my weight loss frustratingly slow. Looking forward to sharing journeys and loosing pounds together! I am aiming to loose 10 stone *gulp* :ashamed0005: so I need all the support I can muster!
 
Hello and welcome :) I am also doing SW apart from going to classes, and started with 10 stone to lose as well. 1 stone is a great loss, be proud of yourself for that. Just take it one step at a time! Aim for 2lbs a week, that is realistic and healthy. It takes time, sadly, we all wish it would just drop off in the click of a finger! That won't happen unfortunately :(
