first ever website I've become a member of , so despite being used to using a computer am practically new to getting wee icons , wee measuring tape things etc so any quick hints appreciated though I will look at the tutorials. The message keeps saying can do things by clicking user CP top left but clicking it doesn't take me to anything and can't find a usercp bit at the top left.

anyway, have tried various ww, sw etc over the years never stuck at anything so going to try myself starting tomorrow. bought kilo off powder , and am making shopping list , and food diary, want to go away with girlfriends for my 40th at end of august and not be the one not able to wear bikini so here goes!
