I had a loss of 2.5lb this week, if I can lose the same again next week I'll have my stone award!

Yes taking my lovely boys and the husband :giggle: we are staying in a gite on a working dairy farm. We stayed there 3 years ago and have been emailing the owners ever since. It's deep in the Normandy countryside in a place called le grais nr la ferte mace. Lots of country walks to work off the wine cheese and bread. I expect to gain but it will be well worth it!

ha ha I'm just in a biccie comparison humour after my brush with biccies yesterday, I had been teetotal for weeks, they just don't seem worth the syns :nono:

I have the fudge version in the cupboard but I never really bother so much, have been snacking on fruit.
Todays syns were the bunny 3syns & a cheese pepperoni snack 3.5syns. Gonna leave it at that. Just sipping squash now.

Hello again, its a new day, New syns to play with and new lbs to lose!
I'm off to a splash pool today with some friends(and the kids obviously!) Done the same as the other day and made a huge tuna pasta to snack on whilst they all eat naughty, packed some strawberries grapes and yog to replace ice cream too.
What's everyone's plan for today then?

It's dull but muggy here so grand weather for a loooong walk, did that while the little folk were at camps. Mini Issy is doing tennis & Ffi was at a kiddy salon, has come home with penguin nail art, her hair in a bun, all shimmering in glitter.
Foodwise, had scrambled eggs & beans for brekkie, kebab for lunch, yougurt & fruit, I'm comtemplating dinner here. I can either have chilli again or stick me head in the fridge and get creative. Oooh I have cod, what exciting could I do with that, I'm not really a fishy person.
