Hi guys not posted for a while but I have been on and reading all your posts, just thought I would check in, was calorie counting for a while but along came the school holidays lol so it all went a bit Pete tong lol

Now daughter is back at school since Monday I'm getting back on it and starting with the sf again to start me off,
