Help - accident mess up!

Have accidently eaten ordinary jelly with sugar instead of sugar free. 1st new day on PV. Cannot believe it. Must have picked up wrong one. To make matters worse have eaten some cheese spread of the wrong sort!! Has this done me in??????

I really must wear my glasses before eating.

Don't panic!

- just keep going with your pp tomorrow - and give all the offending jellies and cheeses away, so you won't have an accident again.

Thanks. Ok will do. Cannot believe I did that. We have more than 2 types of cheese anyway, which does not help.
