Help and confession...

Ok, Ive just got home from KFC where basically I have had a massive binge!
Ive veen on TS for 12 days and SF before that for about 8 weeks.
Someone please talk some sense into me and tell me that I wont gain the 4.5 stone I have already lost. Tell me ive not blown my chances of being any slimmer for my holls in 8 weeks time.
I feel rubbish now :cry:

There's only one thing to do ~ GET BACK ON THAT WAGON RIGHT NOW ~ nothing else is good enough for you. You've worked sooooo hard, do it :)

I suppose the question really is this - what do you want? Short term fix or do you want to lose weight? No one can ever tell you what to do - what do you want to do? If its a VLCD there are lots of folk on this site who will help. But if its not thats fine too.
KFC has its attractions but being thinner has others, so what do you want? Its tough this diet but the results are extraordinarily good. Its worth a bit of short term pain and water will make the hunger pass. I am sure you would not have started unless you were pretty clear what you wanted? And do you want to waste your shakes and soup?
I think you want to be thin - why else lurk on this site - if you want it, really want it - its yours.

Hey Mel you know you haven't put all the weight back on, you don't need us to tell you :) just calm down, you can do this, you know you can! Just think about how much you want the weight off, calm down and start again, you can't undo it, you can only choose what to do from now on :)

Thanks everyone. I just start stressing and convincing myself that ive blown it as soon as i do something. I know if i keep thinking like this i will blow it. Just been weighed and that one meal has gained 4lb!! Anyway im sure i will get rid of that before weigh in day (Mon). So back on the wagon for me and onwards and downwards we go..

Well im firmly back on the wagon today. Ive had my shake for breakfast. I just want t put it all behind me and get on with it. I want to be slimmer more than anything x
