HELP Cant stand the strawberry!!

I only have chocolate i don't like any of the others and their lush with crushed ice. She had to give me a couple of strawberry this week as she'd run out, i'll use them but i don't like them really. When i'm drinking them i just think, i'm getting slimmer and 2 minutes of discomfort drinking them leads to a whole new life
