help confused? food options sw

on the green day for sw it says tins of spaghetti and tins of beans are free, does this mean any of the brands or do i have to opt for the lighter / diet versions. i mean im not normally fussed if i buy for home i buy diet ones but at work my meals are provided (but since i constantly diet i make my own with their food) and they dont tend to buy lighter beans/spaghetti. will this affect my sw should i syn it or is it still free (if its free in the first place lol i still get confused reading it)

Hey hun I always use the branded ones but not the low fat ones i just use normal ones x

it's any tin of beans/spaghetti - so you can go for brand name or shop-own brand, the normal pr the lighter version. Entirely up to you!
